Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact

Locations: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from stakeholders within program
• Analyze and document requirements as features and user stories
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to development teams
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a complex environment with numerous dependencies
• Support migration from legacy systems to banking platform
• Quickly understand business and technical contexts and onboard efficiently to the program

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience with T24 / Transact
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within large banking organizations
• Professional knowledge of banking products
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Proven experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Ability to work independently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with Hadoop
